COOPER SPUR MOUNTAIN RESORT IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. There are not provision for smoking in any of our units. Your cooperation in smoking in only outside designated areas is apprceciated.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT/RESERVATION GUARANTEE

A $75 non-refundable deposit payable by credit card is required at the time of booking. At 14 days prior to arrival, Cooper Spur Mountain Resort requires payment in full for the remaining balance of your stay less the $75 deposit. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will automatically charge your credit card for the remaining balance 14 days prior to your arrival. Payments for arrivals during Holiday Periods and for Groups are required in full, 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation cancellations must be completed at a minimum of 14 days in advance of intended arrival (30 days in advance of intended arrival during Holiday Periods*). Reservations cancelled after that time will be billed in the full amount not refundable. Cancellation must be completed via phone with a Cooper Spur Mountain Resort Representative. When your reservation is cancelled you will be provided a cancellation confirmation number, this number verifies that your reservation has been cancelled. Please retain this number for future reference.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

Holidays Reservations and group bookings require a 30 day notice to cancel without being billed the full amount of the stay. If the guest does not meet the cancellation requirements, guest will be charged the entire amount of their stay. Different cancellation requirements apply to groups.

GROUP ADVANCE DEPOSIT/RESERVATION GUARANTEE

A 10% non-refundable deposit payable by credit card, cash or check is required at the time of booking. At 30 days prior to arrival, Cooper Spur Mountain Resort requires payment in full for the remaining balance of your stay unless previous terms have been arranged through a signed group contract. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will automatically charge your credit card for the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments for arrivals during Holiday periods and for groups are required in full, 30 days prior to arrival.
