Cabins & Condos

THE CABINS AND CONDOS at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort combine a traditional rustic experience with modern comforts and conveniences. Our condos and cabins comfortably accommodate guests who are just spending one night, or have plans for extended stays to enjoy the recreational activities and awesome scenery which abound in the area. Those drawn to the resort for business use our cabins and condos as informal meeting areas for team building and brain storming sessions.

The Floorplan (Sleeps up to 8)

Our two-story cabins (#1-5) and lodge condos (#6-8) have identical floor plans. The only difference is that the cabins stand alone, and the condos are all attached side-by-side in our lodge building. The main floor has two bedrooms (one queen, one king), a full bath, a great room with wood-burning fireplace, a dining nook, and a kitchenette. A spiral staircase ascends to the loft upstairs, with four twin beds and a half bath. All units sleep up to 8 people. (See diagram below.) Condo #8 is the only unit with a straight staircase.

The Kitchenettes (Cabins 1, 2, 3 & Condos 7 & 8)

The kitchenettes in the cabins and condos include a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, a 4-burner cooktop stove, and full-sized refrigerator, but do not have ovens for baking. Basic kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, and dishware for 8 are included. Cookware is limited, so if you plan on cooking or baking for a larger group, you may need to bring your own equipment (crock pot, etc).

Deluxe Kitchenettes (Cabin 5 & Condo 6)

Cabin 4, 5 & Condo 6 are complete with appliances; a four-burner cooktop stove top, an oven for baking (convection oven in Condo 6), full-sized refrigerator (mini-fridge in Cabin 5), microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

 

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out is 11AM.

 

Pet-Friendly Units (Cabins 1 & 2)

- There is a one-time pet fee of $35 for having pets in these units.

- All other units are to remain pet-free due to allergic reactions other guests may have.
