National Forest FoundationCooper Spur Mountain Resort will provide the opportunity for its guests to contribute a voluntary $1 contribution per room night through an opt-out process, generating funds for conservation projects on the Mount Hood National Forest. Guests may choose not to participate and the contribution will be removed from their bill at their request.

Room Rates and Information

April 1st thru December 2nd

We comfortably accommodate guests who are just spending the night, or guests with plans for an extended stay to enjoy the recreational activities and local scenery. Our hotel rooms, cabins, condos, and log home combine a traditional rustic experience with modern comforts and conveniences. Guests have also been inspired to use the resort for business use; using our accommodations for informal meetings, team building sessions, and brainstorming sessions.

UNIT TYPE - NIGHT RATE

Single Lodge Hotel Room* – (Sleeps 1-2) $99
We offer 1 single room; Room #9. This room has 1 king-sized bed, full bathroom, small sofa, and a small table with 2 chairs. No pets or cooking equipment allowed in this unit.

Double Lodge Hotel Room* – (Sleeps up to 4) $99
We offer 5 double rooms; Rooms #10, #11, #12, #14, and #15. Each room has a full bath, small table and chairs. Rooms #10, #14, and #15 feature 2 queen beds. Rooms #11 and #12 feature 1queen and 2 twin beds. No pets or cooking equipment allowed in these units.

Cabins* – (Sleeps up to 8) $229
We offer 5 cabins; Cabins #1 - 5. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms (one king/one queen) and a full bath on the main level, a fully-equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, and dishes for 8), air conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, and a staircase leading to the loft. The loft includes 4 twin beds and a half bath. Cookware is limited. If you plan on cooking or baking for a larger group, you may need to bring your own equipment. Cabins #1, #2, #3, & #4 have cook-top stoves but no ovens. The kitchenette in Cabin #5 has been remodeled to include a standard oven. Cabin #5 is also our guest’s favorite. It’s the most private and has the best views. No pets are allowed in these units except Cabin #1 and Cabin #4 which are pet-friendly.

Condos* – (Sleeps up to 8) $199
We offer 3 condos; Condos #6, 7, & 8. Their floor plan is identical to that of the cabin. (See above) Condos #7 & 8 have cook-top stoves but no ovens. The kitchenette in Condo #6 has been remodeled to include a convection oven. No pets are allowed in these units.

Log Home* – (Sleeps 8 to 10) $375
Located in a private setting, this 4-bedroom home offers a spacious place for family gatherings and group events. It has a king bedroom with full bath, a queen bedroom, 2 rooms with 2 twin beds, a second full bath, a dining room, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a laundry room. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The private back deck and hot tub has a most magnificent view of Mt. Hood. No pets allowed in this unit.

*All units include a telephone, alarm clock, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, television w/ satellite TV, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. 9% lodging tax not included in the above pricing.

HOLIDAY TIME FRAME - December 20, 2010 - January 2, 2011

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A valid credit card will guarantee your reservation. No deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will automatically charge your credit card upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 48 hours in advance of your stay to cancel your room at no charge. If you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance of your stay, you will be billed for the full amount of your room. For cancellations, please call (541) 352-6692. When making a cancellation, you will be provided a cancellation confirmation number, which verifies that your reservation has been cancelled.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
Holiday Reservations and group bookings require a 30-day notice to cancel without being billed the full amount of the stay. If the guest does not meet the cancellation requirements, the guest will be charged the entire amount of their stay. Different cancellation requirements apply to groups.

GROUP ADVANCE DEPOSIT/RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A 10% non-refundable deposit payable by credit card, cash or check is required at the time of booking. At 30 days prior to arrival, Cooper Spur Mountain Resort requires payment in full for the remaining balance of your stay unless previous terms have been arranged through a signed group contract. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will automatically charge your credit card for the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments for arrivals during Holiday periods and for groups are required in full, 30 days prior to arrival.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations must be completed at a minimum of 30 days in advance of intended arrival. Reservations cancelled after that time will be billed in the full amount. Cancellation must be completed via phone with a Cooper Spur Mountain Resort Representative. When your reservation is cancelled you will be provided a cancellation confirmation number, which verifies that your reservation has been cancelled. Please retain this number for future reference. If the group does not meet the cancellation requirements, the group will be charged the entire amount of their stay.
