UNIT TYPE

Single Lodge Hotel Room* – (Sleeps 1-2)
We offer 1 single room; Room #9. This room has 1 king-sized bed, full bathroom, small sofa, and a small table with 2 chairs. No pets or cooking equipment allowed in this unit.

Double Lodge Hotel Room* – (Sleeps up to 4)
We offer 5 double rooms; Rooms #10, #11, #12, #14, and #15. Each room has a full bath, small table and chairs. Rooms #10, #14, and #15 feature 2 queen beds. Rooms #11 and #12 feature 1queen and 2 twin beds. No pets or cooking equipment allowed in these units.

Cabins* – (Sleeps up to 8)
We offer 5 cabins; #1 - 5. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms (one king/one queen) and a full bath on the main level, a kitchenette (including a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge, pots, pans, and dishes for 8), air conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, and a staircase leading to the loft. The loft includes 4 twin beds and a half bath. Cookware is limited. If you plan on cooking or baking for a larger group, you may need to bring your own equipment. Cabins #1, #2, & #3, have cook-top stoves but no ovens. The kitchenettes in Cabins #4 & 5 have been remodeled to include a standard oven. Cabin #5 is also our guest’s favorite. It’s the most private and has the best views.

Condos* – (Sleeps up to 8)
We offer 3 condos; Condos #6, 7, & 8. Their floor plan is identical to that of the cabin. (See above) Condos #7 & 8 have cook-top stoves but no ovens. The kitchenette in Condo #6 has been remodeled to include a convection oven. No pets are allowed in these units.

Log Home* – (Sleeps up to 12)
Located in a private setting, this 4-bedroom home offers a spacious place for family gatherings and group events. It has a king bedroom with full bath, a queen bedroom, 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each, a second full bath, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The private back deck and hot tub has a most magnificent view of Mt. Hood. No pets allowed in this unit.

*All units include at telephone, alarm clock, mini-refrigerator, coffee-maker w/ coffee, T.V. w/ Satellite TV Service, free wireless internet, an iron, ironing board, towels, bed linens, and a hair-dryer. (Microwaves and toasters are only available in the cabins, condos, and the log house.) Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. We operate under the Oregn Smokefree Law.

Check-in is 3PM. Check-out is 11AM.

PET FRIENDLY UNITS

We have 2 pet-friendly units (Cabin 1 & 2). There is a one-time pet fee of $35 for having pets in these units. All other units are to remain pet-free due to allergic reactions other guests may have.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A valid credit card will guarantee your reservation. No deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will automatically charge your credit card upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 48 hours in advance of your stay to cancel your room at no charge. If you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance of your stay, you will be billed for the full amount of your room. For cancellations, please call (541) 352-6692. When making a cancellation, you will be emailed a cancellation confirmation, which verifies that your reservation has been cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAY/PEAK & GROUP RESERVATIONS
Holiday/Peak & Group Reservations require a 30-day notice to cancel without being locked in and charged the full amount of the stay. If the guest does not meet the cancellation requirements, the guest will be charged the entire amount of their stay. When making a cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email to verify that your reservation has been canceled.
