Outdoor Summer Package

COOPER SPUR MOUNTAIN RESORT hosts numerous large scenic outdoor weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and family reunions for 60 - 250 people during the months of July, August, & September.

 

Event Package Price: $5,600 + Catering & Add-Ons

For this package, your entire event is held on the Grand Lawn and can service 60 - 250 people. This package includes:

• Exclusive use of our Grand Lawn (For your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception)
• An Outdoor Canopy Appropriate for the Size of your Event
• Basic Outdoor White Tent Lighting
• 3 tables: Gift Table, Guestbook Table, & Cake Table w/ Linens
• Dinner Tables
• White Dinner Table Linens
• Outdoor Chairs (White or Natural Wood)
• Napkins (White)
• Flatware, China, Glassware
• Buffet Tables & Linens
• A Complimentary Night Stay (Hotel Room/Cabin/Condo).

 

Timeframe

The timeframe of service on the day of the wedding is from Noon until 10pm. The site will be available at 11am to provide time for flower placement, personal decoration, audio/visual equipment check, and cake set-up.
