COOPER SPUR MOUNTAIN RESORT can host intimate-sized weddings, corporate retreats, anniversary parties, or reunions for 60 people or less during the months of April, May, between October 15 and November 15, or mid-week any time of the year!
Event Package Pricing:
• 40-people for $4,000 (held indoor or outdoor)
• 41-50 people for $5,000 (held indoor or outdoor)
• 51-60 people for $6,000 (held outdoor only)
For this package, your entire event is held inside our lodge restaurant, or just outside on our front lawn and services 60 people or less. This package includes:
- Rental of our Lodge Dining Room
- A Full-Course Meal (Alcoholic beverage services are separate)
- Buffet Tables & Linens
- Indoor Dinner Tables & Chairs (Rental chairs are additional if it's an outdoor event.)
- White Dinner Table Linens
- Napkins (White or Gold)
- Flatware, China & Glassware
- 3 tables: Gift Table, Guestbook Table, & Cake Table w/ Linens
- 1 Complimentary Night Stay (Hotel Rm/Cabin/Condo)
Timeframe
The timeframe available for this event is from 4 pm to 10pm. The site will be available 1 hour before your start time (at 3pm); this will provide time for flower placement, personal decoration, audio/visual equipment testing, and cake set up.
