We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using this site. This policy applies to Mt. Hood Meadows Resort, an assumed business name of Mt. Hood Meadows Oreg., LLC, and to Cooper Spur Mountain Resort an assumed business name of North Face Inn, LLC.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We may collect personal information from our web sites or when you visit us in person in several ways if you choose to provide it. We may collect visitors’ contact information, credit card information, information about skiing experience/expertise, physical characteristics. For example, we require you to provide personal information in order to register on a site, purchase lift passes or other products online, book reservations, participate in contests, sweepstakes, events, or promotions offered on the site. In addition, you can submit identifying information about other people. For example, you may purchase a lift ticket for another person and enter their information. 

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The personal information we collect includes any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, address, phone number, and other information about yourself. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you provide to us.

Personal Information also includes online navigational information or payment information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Online navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. Payment information includes process payment information from you when you make purchases from us, including credit cards numbers and billing information.

 

SHARING AND USAGE
We collect personal information in order to process payment transactions, provide ski passes, rental equipment, and other services. We may also use this information to send you offers about activities, events, slope conditions, and promotions we may offer. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless required through legal or regulatory process. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. Our service providers that process payment transactions (such as financial institutions) are required to maintain payment industry standard (PCI) security and confidentiality protections for your payment information. 

 

COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES 
Like many web sites, this site sets and uses cookies to enhance your user experience – to remember your personal settings, for instance. Meadows uses appropriate measures, including advanced technology, to protect personal and credit card information collected online. These measures may include encryption, physical access security, secure third-party vendors and other appropriate methods.

 

OPT OUT CHOICES
You can reach us through our Contact-Us page or at the resort to unsubscribe to any newsletters, emails, or other communications you may be receiving from us.

 

ACCOUNT DELETION AND MODIFICATION

If you would like to request that your account or any information you have provided to us gets deleted or modified, you can request this through our Contact-Us page using the Guest Services / General Information subject and we can deidentify your customer record, so your personally identifiable information is no longer in our records. Contractual agreements like liability releases are not able to be deleted and your information is required for the use of our products so deidentifying your information could also result in no longer being able to use your lift pass or other products.
